BIRTH WORKER, HERBALIST, WELLNESS COACH, FOOD & ENERGY ALCHEMIST
I am Jovan Sage, the Alchemist behind Sage’s Larder.
My work is interwoven between my roles as food alchemist, herbalist, birthworker, agri(cultural) advocate, facilitator, & change-maker. My focus is often on the intersections of race, culture within wellness, sustainability, food and agriculture.
I act as a guide, helping people to find their own resiliency through food, herbal tea, plants, energetic and breathwork practices.
Sage’s Larder was born of a desire to change my relationship to and enjoy food, plants and healing in a deeper way, to recreate those joys by learning how from the inside out. Everyone has the power to change their world and change their health through growing, cooking and eating. I believe in empowering people to make that change.
What lights up and guides my work:
Personal & Community Resilience;
Healing with Food & Plant Medicine; and
Connecting with Land, Source & Ancestral Guidance
